We follow a full project management workflow from initial enquiry through to a go-live state. Using the following project management workflow helps you get a project that you want and allows us to help identify any changes/issues that need to be addressed early on, saving valuable time and money.
You also have control of your project at various stages using defined milestones, payment stages and sign-offs.
If this all seems a little daunting, don't worry. It's our job to worry and we make everything as seemless and easy for you as possible. We're flexible so for smaller projects some of the phase could be merged together or more phases or milestones added for larger projects.
Change Management
Any changes or modifications that you would like made to your website/software will form a seperate project. If the changes are small and have low impact then a full workflow can be bypassed so you can get the changes as soon as possible.
If changes have a medium to critical impact then a more structured workflow will need to be in place to safeguard the usability of the live website/software. This could mean building a separate test system to which an agreed workflow will apply.
Maintenance & Support Management
If you have requested a support package as part of your website/software project there will be a formal support procedure available online that will help to efficiently deal with all support queries. No charges will be made for defect fix work.
